TV presenter Paolo Bonolis, an Inter fan, spoke on Radio 24 about the crisis the Nerazzurri are going through.
“Inter has packed a team with deep difficulties, a whole department is missing. It has a midfield without quality. D’Ambrosio is a player of modest technical level for Inter’s ambitions. We made Juve score the goal. On Sunday night only two Inter players played soccer: Palacio and Kondogbia.”
According to Bonolis, the disastrous market is at the root of everything: “Eder an excellent player, but in that role we were already covered. Instead of Eder another player could have been worked on. We gave away the only two who kept the ball: Kovacic and Hernanes. Mancini asked for Yaya TourĂ©, so he was clear that we needed a playmaker. The club failed to satisfy him. I challenge any coach to meet Inter’s goals without having a whole department in the squad.”
“Inter used to bring home the three points by making 2-3 shots on goal per game, after Lazio the spell was broken.”
