Spalletti doesn’t stop believing in the Scudetto

Roma moved back to second place in the standings thanks to the poker trimmed against Fiorentina in the post-match match of the 23rd day of the championship. The Giallorossi, who have one more game than Juventus, moved back to -4, clinching their 14th home win.
“The team had the right reaction that removed any doubt that we were in trouble: Roma showed that they were there,” assured Luciano Spalletti to the microphones of ‘Premium Sport.’
“For us, this was a fundamental match, there were already some doubts and it is known that here in Rome it can be difficult to react to the first problems: we showed that we are a tough team.
The Tuscan coach does not hide in front of the word scudetto: “We have an obligation to try all the way, we must not get into confusion, we will play 13 games in 40 days but in sport everything is possible. We won’t have to be unprepared if they have a drop in front, we have to be ready.”
The big star of Roma’s victory was, once again, Edin Dzeko: “Tonight they all jumped on his bandwagon again, then all you have to do is miss a goal and they all get off. Tonight the bandwagon is full again, I don’t have to say anything to him, there are already people congratulating him.”
A final comment on his contract renewal: “Players count to win, coaches count relatively. We will have to make the contract to De Rossi, the one to Totti if he wants that does not depend on what my choices are but on what pleases him. If we talk about a great team it is because we have great players on the roster.”
