Massimiliano Allegri returns, for one last time, to the post Real Madrid-Juventus controversy and talks about the cases of Gianluigi Buffon and Medhi Benatia before calling on the environment and critics to think only about the championship and, specifically, Crotone.

“It is never easy to judge from the outside, I’m just saying that for a week everyone has been talking about what happened in the post-match period,” Allegri stressed. “I would say that this wave has been ridden by many. Now, however, enough is enough. Benatia? It will be the club to think about any fines. Unfortunately life is like that, you say one thing and since we are part of the show people ride. Now I don’t want to hear one more word about that stuff there.”

Allegri then made an appeal to his group, “We have to speak little, in fact keep quiet at all. This is the best thing to do. Let’s put earplugs in our ears, keep a nice low profile and see if we can hit our two goals, Scudetto and Coppa Italia. Otherwise we risk dissipating our energy, which we need to focus on the field instead. What happens off the field must not touch us.”

Finally, the Buffon chapter: “The evening in Madrid did him good, it gave him that rush of adrenaline he needed. However, Szczesny will play in Crotone.”
