Assen, also celebrates Valentino Rossi: Marco Bezzecchi’s tribute
Two VR46 Academy riders, Bagnaia and Bezzecchi, in first and second place in the Dutch Grand Prix
Pecco Bagnaia first, Marco Bezzecchi second in Assen: a framed Dutch Sunday not only for Ducati, but also for Valentino Rossi’s Academy VR46, which celebrates two riders on the two highest steps of the podium in the MotoGp Dutch Grand Prix.
After his first career podium in MotoGp, Marco Bezzecchi rode around the track with the yellow flag and Valentino Rossi’s number 46: “Honestly I have no words, it’s fantastic to have made this race possible,” the Bez told Sky. “We worked very well and the team did something incredible. This result is all for them, for my family for my girlfriend back home and for all my friends who support me. Now I can go on vacation very happy.”
