Diawara, future to be understood
The future of Amadou Diawara remains decidedly nebulous.
The midfielder is not in Jose Mourinho’s plans but Roma has made it clear that it does not want to let him leave on a loan deal, vastly preferring that of outright transfer.
Newly promoted Lecce, which would have gladly picked up the Guinean on a temporary basis, can only hope for a change of direction from the Capitolini. Or turn to other profiles as early as today.
