Juve, a new name for attack is in fashion
Juventus has inserted itself for Raspadori
There continue to be many strikers being approached by Juventus in this soccer market session. The Bianconeri club, in fact, is looking for a deputy Vlahovic, having lost Morata, whose return is continuing to be complicated
The latest name that seems to suit Max Allegri is that of Giacomo Raspadori, on whom Napoli is also betting heavily. The young and talented Azzurri striker, owned by Sassuolo, has been on the radar of the Neapolitan club for some time, but without any advanced negotiations. Here then Juve took over, scheduling a meeting with the player’s agent and getting in touch with the Emilian club, trying to overcome the Azzurri’s competition.
Confirming the interest of the Juventus club was the same Carnevali, Sassuolo’s CEO, who said in an interview with Il Giornale, “For Raspadori there are the eyes of Napoli and Juventus. It is clear that the market is still long and anything can still happen, but it is equally true that our idea is to end negotiations within a few days to focus on the championship.”
The first few days of Serie A will see the incoming and outgoing soccer market still in the limelight although the matches will have already begun: in August, in fact, as many as four rounds will be played, since the calendar has been largely conditioned by the World Cup that will be staged in Qatar. And which, as we all know, will unfortunately not see the Italian national team at the start, having failed to qualify for the review for the second time in a row.
