Blue signed a two-year contract with Utah
Fontecchio is looking forward to starting his new adventure in the NBA. The azure, back from a very good season at Baskonia, has signed a two-year contract with the Utah Jazz, a franchise where he could really find space and show his qualities.
“The situation at the Jazz is in flux after Rudy Gobert was traded. No one is assuring minutes on the court but there is a real opportunity. It’s the ideal situation I’ve been looking for. I am overjoyed,” his words to Gazzetta dello Sport. Around mid-August, the NBA will unveil the official 2022/23 regular season schedule and it will be known when, where, and against whom Fontecchio could make his debut with the Jazz.
