“In this 2022, one doesn’t seem to be going right,” says Tamberi
Gianmarco Tamberi will try his best at the European Championships scheduled for Aug. 15-21 in Munich. But he knows it won’t be easy.
“The virus knocked me out,” he wrote on his own social media. I tested positive the day after returning to Italy. In this 2022 it seems not to go right but now I am negative and I am training again. Between fatigue, heaviness of the head and continuous muscle pain I’m struggling a lot but I want to be there. Maybe I’m still in time.”
