Fabio Quartararo more and more star: “I remember when I was waiting for Valentino Rossi…”
Yamaha centaur Fabio Quartararo in an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport commented on his growing popularity in the paddock and among MotoGp fans: “Am I becoming a star? I’m not trying to become one, it’s a bit of a consequence of what I’m doing on the bike…. I arrive at the circuit and see the fans waiting for me, the kids going crazy to see me.”
The transalpine rider recalled when he himself was among the eager fans waiting for the champions: “This makes me happy, I remember when it was me waiting for Valentino Rossi, and looking at their faces you can read their joy. That used to be mine.”
