Ethan Hayter triumphs in Poland
Ethan Hayter managed to defend the yellow jersey he won in the time trial and won the Tour of Poland, which ended with the 177.8-kilometer seventh stage between Skawina and Krakow.
The last stage, however, went in a sprint to the ever combative Frenchman Arnaud Demare, who thus captured his fifth victory of the season after his three victories at the Giro d’Italia and his success in the Route d’Occitanie. The transalpine left behind Dutchman Olav Kooij and German Phil Bauhaus.
