Milos Teodosic has been very close to a farewell to Virtus Bologna.
This was revealed by Red Star Belgrade president Nebojsa Covic: “We had several conversations and, let me tell you, we agreed on everything. The only obstacle was Virtus, which did not grant a buy-out to release him.”
“The president of Virtus told me, ‘I would like to release him now, but I don’t know how much money you can guarantee me. I can’t do that, that would endanger my club, the fans are very attached to Teodosic.'”
