As reported by Marca, the farewell to the Australian driver will not be painless, as McLaren will be obliged to pay him compensation of 15 million euros, which is what he would have received in his last year of his contract (which McLaren decided not to honor). Developments are awaited but, at the moment, Ricciardo will say goodbye to McLaren with compensation of 15 million euros.
