MotoGp without Valentino Rossi and the big boys: the opinion of Quartararo
Yamaha centaur Fabio Quartararo spoke about the current moment in MotoGp
Yamaha centaur Fabio Quartararo in an interview with Corsedimoto spoke about the current moment of MotoGp, which according to many is experiencing a stalemate, with no great champions: “Lorenzo, Stoner, Pedrosa have been here for so many years, and they have all arrived at the same time, apart from Valentino Rossi, who has been here much longer. But if you look six or seven years from now, we will have new riders in the future who will be like them.”
On Ducati’s possible interest in him: “At the moment I’m focused on my work together with the team, for sure we’re going to do a good job. It will depend on my future, for sure I will stay with Yamaha until 2024 and hopefully even more years with them. Let’s wait for the 2023-2024 project and then see.”
Yamaha needs to grow: “We are a little more behind, but we hope to make a step forward with the 2023 bike. But it is still true that we are there, even if we have problems with the bike we push hard.”
