The words of Stefano Sardara

Luca Baraldi’s words made the rounds of the basketball world, and the response of Stefano Sardara, president of Dinamo Sassari, was not long in coming.

“I read and I am very astonished, first of all because he deprived us of his presence in the assembly a long time ago. Maybe by intervening inside, we could have dialogued,” he told Tuttosport.

“On the harmony with Milan, defined as casual and on content, I cannot comment because I have not heard from Olimpia, but I remember that on Gandini’s re-election Milan voted against and Virtus abstained, while on the TV agreement Milan voted in favor, not like Virtus.”

“Baraldi said he wanted free-to-air TV and that with the money from the TV contract he does not pay for the coach for the first round. It’s a sentence that shows the distance from a big one compared to the others. It is sorry that Virtus feels distant from the other clubs. It is even more sorry if Milan is also in the same condition, because these clubs should be a tow and reference.”
