Roma, Ventura no half measures on Belotti
Ventura on Belotti
At the microphones of Centro Suono Sport 101.5, former Torino coach Gian Piero Ventura spoke about Andrea Belotti’s transfer to Roma.
“Belotti lives as a professional, in Turin the pressure living near Juventus is daily. I don’t think pressure can affect him, instead it will be important that he finds the condition because when he is well he is an important player. The moment he finds condition he will definitely affect, and Roma will find out as they go along. I am sure that an absolutely determined player arrives, I have known Belotti with fire inside and he is really a lot of stuff,” the former coach of the Azzurri national team told.
“I don’t know how he will fit in with Mourinho but I know that Mourinho will fit in with Belotti because he is an all-around professional, he can only fit in well. Then of course the field matters, how you do it and when you do it. From the human point of view, though, for Mourinho he will definitely be a pleasant surprise,” Ventura then continued, certain that the Special One will appreciate the Gallo.
