Juve, Szczesny injured an ankle against Spezia
Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny underwent instrumental examinations on Thursday to verify the extent of the injury to his right ankle suffered during the match against Spezia.
This is the statement from the Juventus club: “Following the injury sustained to his right ankle, SzczÄsny underwent radiological examinations at J|medical last night that ruled out fractures and significant capsular ligament injuries. His availability will be evaluated depending on the evolution of the symptomatology.”
A small sigh of relief for the Pole, who will still miss the September matches and will probably return to the field in early October.
