The president of Salernitana, Danilo Iervolino, appeared confident, and when interviewed by ‘Tuttosport’ he made important statements about the Campania club’s final placement in the standings: “There is a lot of enthusiasm, confidence in the work. The granata club’s number one then commented on the latest market coup: “Piatek? I have yet to get to know him as a person, but as a footballer he is what we aspired to. He is a strong striker and I expect many goals from him.”

Finally, the same president, concluded by explaining the sale of Brazilian Ederson to Atalanta: “I wanted to keep him, but he had received an important offer and his desire was to accept it. We enhance talents, we do not stifle them.”
