Novak Djokovic, excluded from the Us Open, is expected to play at the Australian Open in 2023.

Novak Djokovic’s bizarre 2022 had opened with his exclusion from the Australian Open early in the season due to the Serbian tennis player’s lack of vaccination. The former world number one then participated in Roland Garros and Wimbledon, where he won but could not take advantage of Atp ranking points, and ran into another exclusion for anti-Covid regulations at the Us Open.

2023 should get off to a better start for Nole: according to rumors reported by ESPN, Australian Open organizers have confirmed that Djokovic will play the next edition of the season’s first Slam. Nole is aiming to join Nadal at 22 career Slams.
