It’s getting tougher for Sampdoria, on its third consecutive league defeat. Marco Giampaolo’s men this time fell under the blows of Spezia, which won the three points thanks to Murillo’s own goal and Nzola’s goal. Sabiri’s mark for the Dorians was to no avail.
On the next day, Gabbiadini and his teammates will host Monza and try to turn things around: in seven matches Samp has won just two points (with Lazio and Juventus) and the situation in the standings is starting to become worrisome.
