Ime Udoka is taking a big risk. According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the NBA finalist coach last year at the helm of the Celtics could be suspended for violations of the franchise’s internal rules.
There are rumors of a consensual relationship with a female staff member. A “situation” that would violate NBA regulations. If so, Coach Ime Udoka may indeed pay dearly for his love affair. The franchise has not yet officially commented on the incident but, several U.S. media outlets are talking about a decidedly tough stance to be taken soon. Quite a snub for the Boston Celtics.
