There is confidence, in the Napoli household, for the recovery of Victor Osimhen from the injury that has kept him out of the games in the last matches played by the partenopea team: the medical and technical staff would in fact have identified October 9, the day of the away match at the Cremonese field, as the date for the return of the Nigerian striker.

Osimhen’s muscle problem was treated with conservative therapy to avoid a longer stop. However, Napoli’s doctors reportedly used utmost caution in predicting a return to the field for Osimhen, for whom they initially hoped a call-up and possible Champions League use as early as Oct. 4, against Ajax.
