F1, Laurent Rossi does not forget and disintegrates Oscar Piastri
“He should have had some loyalty to us.”
In a lengthy interview with Auto Motor und Sport, Alpine CEO Laurent Rossi returned to Oscar Piastri’s decision to quit Alpine and settle with McLaren: “He should have had some loyalty to us because we literally invested millions and millions of euros to prepare him.”
The Alpine number one adds, “Even if he becomes the new Michael Schumacher, this story will mark him forever. There is no excuse for his behavior. He refused the hand of those who raised him and played on the timing of the contract presentation. We will learn from our mistakes but we can sleep soundly.”
