PSG contract expires in June
At the moment, Messi’s renewal with PSG (contract expiring at the end of the current season) is on complete stand-by. The Argentine seems determined to choose his future after the conclusion of the World Cup where he hopes to be a major player with his Argentina side.
PSG would like to extend the agreement with the Pulce. On the other hand, Messi’s dream would be to return to Barcelona (difficult) or to get involved elsewhere, perhaps in MLS. As a parameter zero, he could freely choose where to go. He certainly has no shortage of offers. Bear in mind that Cristiano Ronaldo, if he does not leave Manchester United in January, will also be free in June.
