Spal has announced the renewal of Lorenzo Dickmann

Spal has announced that it has reached an agreement to renew the contract of 1996-born defender Lorenzo Dickmann, in Ferrara from 2020 after an initial stint in the 2018-19 season.

“Spal announces that it has extended the sporting relationship with right flanker Lorenzo Dickmann. The player has signed a contract with the biancazzurro club until June 30, 2025,” the note from the Estense club reads.

“Born in Milan on September 24, 1996, he arrived in Ferrara in Serie A in the summer of 2018. After a year spent at ChievoVerona in Serie B, he returned to the biancazzurri in the 2020-2021 season, becoming one of the best right wing sliders in the entire Championship. In the biancazzurra jersey he collected 84 appearances with 5 goals to his credit between Serie A, B and Coppa Italia,” the biancazzurri club’s press release continues.

This year, Serie B began on the weekend between August 12 and 14, an early start due to the unprecedented “winter” World Cup that will be staged in Qatar from November 21 to December 18, 2022.
