Al Nassr sells all tickets but Cristiano Ronaldo can’t play
A real mockery for CR7
Incredible but true. Cristiano Ronaldo’s debut with the Al Nassr jersey is postponed. As reported by The Sun, the Portuguese has to serve the latest disqualification, of two days, given to him by the FA when he was still at Manchester United (for throwing an Everton fan’s cell phone to the ground).
Having not served his two-day disqualification at United, he will have to do so in Saudi Arabia. So, in today’s match against Al Taee (packed stadium, all available tickets sold), the five-time Ballon d’Or winner will not be in the match. Nor will he be able to play in the Jan. 14 big match against Al Shabab. At this point, Cristiano Ronaldo’s “premiere” in the Al Nassr jersey is set for Jan. 21 when Al Nassr will take on, at home, Al Ettifaq.
