Zidane is still searching for his new professional challenge. It looked like he could sit on the France bench but, for the moment, it does not seem possible. L’Equipe took stock of the situation regarding Zidane’s future.
He is well-liked in Brazil, so he would not be discarded as an option. There has long been talk of his possible return to Juventus, where he was as a player, but Allegri has put the Old Lady back in the running for the Scudetto. Many dream of seeing him at the helm of PSG but, again, the timing seems wrong. He will not, however, lead Portugal, which has made other choices. In short, Zizou’s future is still shrouded in total mystery.
