Likely lineups

Napoli and Cremonese, who are at opposite poles of the Serie A standings, will face each other on Tuesday evening, Jan. 17, in the match scheduled at the Stadio Maradona valid for access to the quarterfinals of the Coppa Italia. Making his debut on the bench of the Lombardy team will be Davide Ballardini, who took over from Massimiliano Alvini.

The smooth running of the match was confirmed after inspection by the Fire Department, due to heavy weather, which had opened the possibility of a postponement of the round of 16.

Deep turnover for Luciano Spalletti, who is expected to rest nine of the starters against Juventus. There could also be two debuts among the partenopei, with Sirigu and newcomer Bereszyinski set to start from the first minute. In all likelihood it will be Lobotka and Zambo Anguissa who will not be rested.

For his first as Cremonese coach Davide Ballardini is not expected to upset the eleven used until the game against Monza by Alvini, with, however, some missed call-ups for often-used players such as Dessers, Ferrari and Lochoshvili.

Likely lineups.

NAPOLI (4-3-3): Sirigu; Bereszyinski, Ostigard, Juan Jesus, Olivera; Ndombelè, Lobotka, Anguissa; Elmas, Simeone, Raspadori. Coach Luciano Spalletti

CREMONESE (3-5-2): Carnesecchi; Aiwu, Bianchetti, Vasquez; Sernicola, Pickel, Castagnetti, Meité, Valeri; Ciofani, Okereke. Coach: Davide Ballardini
