Bianconeri club penalized for capital gains case

The Court of Appeals published the device that established the 15-point penalty to Juventus in the current league standings. Heavy penalties were also imposed on managers.

“The Federal Court of Appeals declares the appeal for revocation admissible and therefore revokes ruling No. 0089/CFA/2021-2022 of 05/27/2022 of this Federal Court of Appeals and, accordingly, orders the following:
1 – Dismisses the cross-complaints.
2 – Accepts in part the complaint of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office against Decision No. 0128/TFN/2021-2022 – disciplinary section of 22.04.2022 imposing the following sanctions:
(a) Fabio Paratici: temporary inhibition of 30 months to carry out activities in the FIGC, with request for extension to UEFA and FIFA;
b) Federico Cherubini: temporary inhibition of 16 months to carry out activities within the FIGC, with request for extension within UEFA and FIFA;
c) Andrea Agnelli: temporary inhibition of 24 months to carry out activities within the FIGC, with request for extension within UEFA and FIFA;
d) Pavel Nedved: temporary inhibition of 8 months to carry out activities within the FIGC, with request for extension within UEFA and FIFA;
e) Enrico Vellano: temporary inhibition of 8 months to carry out activities within the FIGC, with request for extension within UEFA and FIFA;
f) Paolo Garimberti: temporary inhibition of 8 months to carry out activities within the FIGC, with request for extension within UEFA and FIFA;

g) Assia Grazioli Venier: temporary inhibition of 8 months to carry out activities in the FIGC sphere, with request for extension in the UEFA and FIFA spheres;
h) Maurizio Arrivabene: temporary inhibition of 24 months to carry out activities within the FIGC, with request for extension within UEFA and FIFA;
i) Caitlin Mary Hughes: temporary inhibition of 8 months to carry out activities within the FIGC, with request for extension within UEFA and FIFA;
l) Daniela Marilungo: temporary inhibition of 8 months to carry out activities within the FIGC, with request for extension within UEFA and FIFA;
m) Francesco Roncaglio: temporary inhibition of 8 months to carry out activities within the FIGC, with request for extension within UEFA and FIFA;
n) F.C. Juventus Spa: penalty of 15 points in the standings to be served in the current Sport Season. 3 – Rejects the complaint of the Procura Federale for the rest.”
