Ktm rider shows no respect for Bezzecchi

Ktm rider Remy Gardner is preparing for his second season in MotoGp after finishing 23rd in 2022. The Australian, world champion in Moto2 in 2021, was not satisfied with his debut year in the top category and explained how much the bike made a difference, not sending them to Italian Marco Bezzecchi.

“With a different bike, it would have been different. Many young riders get burned too early, that’s the current mentality. If I had been riding a Ducati the talk would have been very different, you have to be in the right place at the right time. MotoGp is now more like F1 than ever, it all depends on the bike. Lewis Hamilton can’t win with a Williams, just like Marc Marquez can’t win now,” explained the 1998 class.

“Seventy percent is done by the bike, just look at Bezzecchi, who I blew away in Moto2. But in MotoGp I didn’t even come close to him, who was able to get on the podium and get the front row in qualifying. In 2022 I didn’t enjoy myself and I was sad about the treatment I received, but I never had any doubts about my speed. There is a world title to confirm it,” continued the Ktm rider.
