Federica Brignone smiles and aims for grand finale in giant slalom

Federica Brignone spoke after the last SuperG of the season, which ended in second place.

“I am very satisfied: I risked everything, giving my all that was the only thing I could do. I am very proud that I did it, I skied the way I had to. Lara (Gut-Behrami ed.) was better than me, honor to her, but I am really proud that I skied as I wanted, attacked as I wanted and did everything there was to do to get to the result. I’m happy with my race, happy with the season and satisfied that I made it to the end to play for the World Cup. Now I will save myself for the giant, try to do my best and attack trying to get on the podium of the giant ranking as well. I want to go out with no regrets, I go out of the day happy and maybe as proud as ever.”
