F1: to Max Verstappen the FP2 in Saudi Arabia, Charles Leclerc ninth and indecipherable
Free trials all to be deciphered in Jeddah.
Max Verstappen also takes Friday afternoon ahead of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. In fact, the Dutchman of Red Bull snatches the fastest time also in the second free practice session after doing the same in the first. Behind him is confirmed second Fernando Alonso ahead of Sergio Perez. More hidden are the Ferraris, respectively ninth and tenth with Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz.
The two Prancing Horse drivers also got beaten by the two Alpine cars of Ocon and Gasly, the Mercedes of George Russell, the other Aston Martin of Stroll and also Nico Hulkenberg in Haas. However, the work done by Ferrari on the Jeddah circuit is to be checked.
In particular Carlos Sainz seemed comfortable on the race pace, which is very important ahead of next Sunday’s Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. More nervous Leclerc, who also complained of problems with the clutch and who as known will have to serve 10 grid penalty positions.
