The former Rossoneri midfielder remains a target of the Nerazzurri
All it takes is one goal to change a footballer’s season (and his stock price). After the goal that allowed Barcelona to win the Clasico, Kessié is no longer a mystery object but has turned into a major asset.
Inter hoped to have him on loan next season, perhaps even with part of the wages paid by the Blaugrana. Instead, abetted by that goal, the landscape has definitely changed. Now Barcelona, to let the Ivorian go, wants no less than 30 million euros or, in exchange, Brozovic. The Croatian, lately, has not been convincing in a Nerazzurri jersey. Whether the exchange will please the Nerazzurri top brass remains to be seen.
