Atalanta, Reinier is being evaluated for next season

Atalanta is already at work to better plan the next soccer market session with the intention of reinforcing Gasperini’s squad. In addition to the exit issue with Scalvini and Hojlund among the hottest, the Orobian management would be evaluating several incoming profiles especially in attack, given the continuing physical problems and the possible goodbyes of Zapata and Muriel.

As reported by the “Mundo Deportivo,” La Dea would be closely following Real Madrid’s Reinier, currently on loan at Girona. The 2002-born trequartista has not yet managed to make the definitive breakthrough and the Blancos would be considering his transfer.

The Nerazzurri could represent a revival opportunity for the Brazilian. In addition, the cost of the transaction would be considerably less than the 30 million euros invested by the Spaniards to buy him from Flamengo. Atalanta, however, will have to watch out for competition from Lazio, which is also interested in Reinier because of his ability to cover all attacking roles from the three-quarter up.
