Frosinone slows again, draw between Cagliari and Südtirol: Bari third
The leader brakes again, behind it the standings move.
Frosinone slow forward in Serie B. The leader picks up a single point from the Perugia trip, coming within 2 points of the last three games. Genoa takes advantage, now just 4 points off the top. In the next positions, Bari takes advantage of the draw between Cagliari and Südtirol and is now third in the standings.
In Perugia it ends 1-1, it all happens in the second half: in the 63rd minute Casasola leads the hosts ahead, in the 77th minute Mulattieri signs the draw and gives at least a point to Frosinone. Same result in Cagliari, with the hosts taking the lead in the 30th minute thanks to Lapadula (after Mancosu’s goal was disallowed). In the 87th minute former great Larrivey equalized on a penalty kick for Südtirol. Bari is third in the standings thanks to a 2-0 win over Benevento: Antenucci scored on a penalty and then Folorunsho.
Pisa remains sixth, despite the knockout on the field of a reborn Cosenza: Nasti decides, ending 1-0. One point less for Parma, climbed up thanks to a 2-1 win in the direct challenge with Palermo: in the first half, bang between Benedyczak for the hosts and Soleri for the rosanero, then Coulibaly seals the victory goal. In Ferrara it ends 1-1 between Spal and Ternana, a result of little use for the ambitions of both teams (Moncini’s penalty, Favilli’s equalizer for the Umbrians). Rain of goals in Venezia-Como (3-2) and Ascoli-Brescia (4-3): lagunari now out of the playout zone, Rondinelle last in the standings.
