Among the thousands of tweets celebrating the Azzurro’s success was one from the former U.S. ski star, a close friend of the South Tyrolean, with whom she has skied together many times.
“Yessss @janniksin Forza!!!!!!!!!!,” is the message from the star-studded champion, also ahead of the Miami final that the Azzurro will play against Daniil Medvedev. The two met three years ago, and since then have kept in touch by skiing together often.
