Pioli: “No one believes in us, it’s time to play as Milan”
Milan coach Stefano Pioli spoke in a press conference ahead of the big match against Napoli scheduled for Sunday.
The Diavolo start as underdogs but by no means beaten: “A year ago no one was betting on us, and now few believe in us, few believe that we can get past the quarters, that we can get in the top four. It is a season that can become even glorious, but also a little bit negative.”
Milan will return to a back four: “There is this hypothesis, although we have never talked about these things. We have tried both of them. If we play as Milan we can win. If we don’t play as Milan we risk losing.”
On Osimhen’s absence: “Napoli has won seven consecutive games without him. My choices will not be affected by his presence or absence.”
