Marc Marquez is back in the news: the Honda rider, who was unable to participate in the last Argentine Grand Prix, wanted to congratulate his brother Alex Marquez for his podium finish in Rio Hondo. The Ducati Gresini team centaur finished third behind Marco Bezzecchi and Johann Zarco.

“I followed the race from home on Sunday: I am happy for celebrating my brother’s podium,” wrote number 93. Marquez is expected to return to racing at the end of the month in Austin, where he could serve the double long lap penalty following the Portimao crash with Miguel Oliveira. Honda appealed after the race commission’s decision: a decision will be made in the coming days.
