Frederic Vasseur sees light at the end of the tunnel

The Australian Grand Prix left great bitterness and disappointment in the Ferrari household with zero points scored. However, the Prancing Horse team principal still tried to see the bright side after the disappointing Australian weekend in statements to ‘SoyMotor’: “We saw a competitive Ferrari. We had a good race pace and fought very close to the leading positions. Clearly this is not enough, we have to keep working, because our goal is not to finish fourth.”

“We have to keep working to have a consistent car for the next races. Here in Australia our pace was better, but the DRS made a big difference with 4 dedicated zones. But I think we took a big step forward in terms of performance, although the result was not what we hoped for and there is some frustration. But what we saw will give us extra motivation to keep fighting in the next grands prix,” concluded Vasseur.
