Former Ligurians’ DS Capozucca no-holds-barred on Blessin: “Too much theatrics, he took Genoa to B.”
Genoa’s former sporting director Stefano Capozucca panned former Ligurian coach Alexander Blessin at the microphones of Telenord: “I didn’t like him, too many theatrics to endear himself to the public, but the protagonists on the field, for better or worse, are always the players.”
“He had obvious difficulties speaking Italian and led Genoa, of which I am a fan, to B. I personally don’t know Blessin and don’t care to know him,” Capozucca concluded.
