Matteo Berrettini promises, “Me always the same, I’m working my way out of it.”
The assurance that nothing has changed, and the promise that they want to get up again soon.
Matteo Berrettini defends himself after disappointing results in recent weeks, and aims to revive himself starting with the Monte Carlo Masters 1000. The first for him outside the top seed since Cincinnati 2019.
“I particularly care about Monte Carlo,” Berrettini explained to ‘Sky Sport,’ “I’m confident, and I have the conviction to find the sensations on court that I had until some time ago. My goal is to play as many matches as possible.”
“I am still the same, but I am going through a different time in my career than in the past. And this is also helping me learn a lot,” Berrettini then said about the recent defeats. I played so many matches and suffered several injuries. Now I’m paying the price for all that. But I’m working my way out of it.”
