NBA, Chicago and OKC also in playoffs
NBA playoff grid officially completed
After LA Lakers and Atlanta, Chicago and OKC also win the pass to the NBA playoffs. Great show of strength by Bulls who also regained 19 points of disadvantage in the challenge with the Raptors, winning the match with the final result of 109-105. Amazing performance by LaVine who finished with an impressive 39 points on the scoreboard, including 17 in the third period alone. Chicago will now face Milwaukee, the No. 1 seed in the East.
In the other play-in challenge, OKC’s big hit as it eliminates, on the road, New Orleans (123-118 the final). In the third period, the Thunder put up the partial score that made the difference: 39 to 24. The Gilgeous-Alexander-Giddey duo was decisive. It weighed, in the Pelicans’ house, the absence of Williamson.
