The Serie B standings change again due to a penalty: the National Federal Tribunal, after a hearing on Monday morning, sanctioned Reggina with three penalty points in the standings, also inhibiting Paolo Castaldi, ad and legal counsel at the time of the events, for three months.

Reggina thus drops to 46 points for a penalty triggered by the failure to pay, by the deadline of Feb. 16, 2023, the Irpef withholding taxes and emoluments related to the November and December 2022 months. The Tfn also “orders the transmission of documents related to the proceedings to the Federal Prosecutor’s Office for further investigation.” Ansa reports.
