Carlos Alcaraz started the Catalan tournament on the right foot
Good start for Carlos Alcaraz at the Atp 500 tournament in Barcelona: the Spanish tennis player folded Portugal’s Nuno Borges in an hour, with the scores of 6-3, 6-1.
The Murcia champion, who was returning to the court after a physical ailment forced him to forfeit the Monte Carlo tournament, in front of the home crowd quickly closed his match against the world number 79, which lasted 63 minutes.
In the next round Spanish derby: he will face the winner of the match between Zapata Miralles and Bautista.
