Milan, another joy for Pioli: Zlatan Ibrahimovic close to return
Milan, Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s return close.
Just days after qualifying for the Champions League semifinals, good news also comes from the infirmary for Stefano Pioli, as the return of Zlatan Ibrahimovic would now be imminent.
According to reports from Sky Sport, the Swedish center forward has reportedly recovered from the injury he picked up with the national team and has played the entire training session with the rest of the team. Should the sensations remain positive in the coming days, the 1981-born could snatch a call-up as early as the match with Lecce scheduled for Sunday, April 23 at 6 p.m.
Ibrahimovic is not included in the Champions list, but his recovery could be crucial for Pioli in this final league game, which is conditioned by several commitments in very few days.
