Juventus-Napoli 0-1

Napoli goes through in Turin in the postponement of the 31st day of Serie A: a last-gasp goal by Raspadori takes down Juventus at Allianz Stadium.

In the first half there was a lot of agonism on the field but very few chances on either side: for the Bianconeri it was Cuadrado who engaged Meret in the 11th minute but his shot was too central; in the final the guests made themselves dangerous with Lozano but the Mexican’s shot was blocked by Danilo.

In the second half Napoli had a double chance with Kvaratskhelia: in the 50th minute the Georgian got away from Cudrado but his shot was an easy prey for Szczesny, five minutes later he instead sent high from the edge of the area. But it is in the 70th minute that the guests have the biggest chance: Osimhen turns in the box but his shot slams against the post. Ten minutes later Juventus found the lead with Di Maria on a counterattack but the Var cancels for a foul at the start of the action by Milik on Lobotka. In the midst of recovery, however, the visitors go through with newcomer Raspadori, who volleyed a left-footed finish off an Elmas cross.

With this victory the partenopei rise to 78 points and could celebrate the Scudetto already in the next round of the championship. The Bianconeri, on the other hand, remain stuck at 59 in third place in the standings.
