Ducati, something is still missing for Pecco Bagnaia
Pecco Bagnaia spoke to Sky Sports microphones after his second place in the Jerez Sprint Race: “My team did a great job, they understood well what I was asking. I was able to adapt well to the bike at the end, although I am still missing something in the third sector. Anyway we are getting there, I am really happy. I waited for the right moment, knowing that the front would go up in pressure and it would become difficult for everyone. I wasn’t able to attack Binder, but that’s okay.”
“An advantage for us the longer race? Ktm was exploiting grip so much today, I was exploiting corner entry more. We’ll see how it goes with the average, doing last year’s pace is possible, but we’ll have to watch out for the heat. Surely more management and less explosiveness can help us do even better,” Bagnaia concluded about Sunday’s race.
