Aleix Espargaro on pole at Jerez. Good for the KTMs

Aleix Espargaro took pole in the Jerez de la Frontera GP. The Aprilia rider recorded a time of 1:37.216. Jack Miller and Jorge Martin close the front row, who are the only ones who manage to keep the gap under two tenths.

Good fifth place for Pecco Bagnaia, who slots in between the KTMs of Binder and an increasingly surprising Dani Pedrosa, sixth. Bitter qualifying, instead for the Mooney VR46 team, who snatch a ninth place with Luca Marini. Elimination in Q1 for World Championship leader Marco Bezzecchi.
