Pecco Bagnaia warns MotoGP: “Jerez test? Now we are happy”

Some important news, bound to change some balance in the league.

Pecco Bagnaia returned to victory on Sunday at the Spanish Grand Prix, however, also spent at work on Monday, May 1, due to Jerez testing. And the Ducati rider at the end of the day said he was facing a positive balance.

“In the early stages of the Jerez weekend we struggled,” admitted Bagnaia, speaking about himself and the Ducati team in general, “so we tried something to help us on different circuits. Now I can say that we are happy, our work was good after trying different things. Including set-ups that may be ultiliar to me in the future.”

Bagnaia also focused on one of the innovations presented by Ducati: a new fork. “Now it is longer than in the past,” explained the 2022 MotoGP champion. My honest opinion is that it has great potential, but we still have to work on it. We are still looking for the best balance with this suspension, but already today I felt good.”
