F1, Frederic Vasseur looks ahead to Miami GP with optimism
After securing the first podium of the season with Charles Leclerc in the Baku Gp, Ferrari team principal Frederic Vasseur spoke on the team’s official channels, looking optimistically ahead to the Miami Gp.
“We are in the middle of a particularly challenging time of the season with five races in six weeks. As a team the work continues both in Maranello and on the track to develop our car package to the best of our ability. Miami is another abnormal circuit with walls and all the pitfalls typical of city tracks, but our drivers really like it. This weekend also relying on the data collected in Baku I am confident that we can make further progress with the SF-23.”
“The U.S. has always been an important market for Ferrari and there is also a consistent fan base here, which makes it even more enjoyable to race here and gives us additional charge to push on in an attempt to close the performance gap with the championship leaders,” this the words of Frederic Vasseur.
