Fabio Grosso doesn’t want to discount Pisa

Frosinone coach Fabio Grosso presented in a press conference the challenge against Pisa, the next opponent of the Ciociari, who have already won direct promotion to Serie A. “The boys are fine, we celebrated, we enjoyed the celebration with a lot of happiness. We are savoring the joy of a shared victory, which is even more beautiful. But we got back down to work to present ourselves in Pisa as the team we have been and want to continue to be,” he stressed.

“The match we face is a difficult one, we will be facing an opponent who should have been in a different position,” Grosso added. He is going through some difficulties but has interpreters capable of being able to play real, tough matches at any time of the season. We know these pitfalls well. We want to get to this competition at our best, well aware that we have done something amazing, that we have marked the history of this club. But we want to finish the season at our best.”

“Now there are these 3 races and a position to maintain because we think we deserve it. If we succeed we will be very happy, if not, the joy of having reached this goal will remain. But the intention is to play serious games, because we have always played them. Out of respect for ourselves and for the league,” the former world champion concluded.
